Why You Should Integrate

Integrating with Freshservice will allow you to send Sevco findings about your device assets back to your instance of Freshservice as an incident ticket.

How Does the Integration Work

When a user creates a Freshservice Ticket in Sevco, it is sent to their instance of Freshservice via its REST API. From there, Freshservice processes the data and generates a functional Ticket with the provided details.

This data is only used internally; we do not share it with any parties outside of Sevco. Refer to our privacy policy for details.

Required Permissions

The account used must belong to an Agent in a Role that has permissions to Create Tickets.
