Freshservice
Overview
Freshservice is a cloud-based Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform that enables organizations to streamline IT operations and service delivery. It provides comprehensive asset-management capabilities for tracking and managing hardware, software, and other IT resources as well as a robust ticketing system for handling incidents, service requests, and support workflows.

Configuration
On-prem Runner SupportFreshservice includes a mix of integrations with some supporting on-prem runners and others not. Integrations that require an on-prem runner cannot share the same Access Schema as integrations that do not support on-prem runners. If you plan to configure both types of integrations, they should be configured seprately using different Access Schemas.
- Install a runner: Follow our instructions to install a runner (optional)
- Choose an Access Schema: A schema is a configuration template that defines a specific way to connect, authenticate, and interact with an external product. The following access schema is available:
- API Key: Authenticates using an API key generated in your Freshservice console
- Configure the Access Schema

- Add an Integration: Select the integration(s) you'd like to add.
- Configure General Information: OPTIONAL: You can use the following fields to provide additional information about your configuration.

Email me about frequent errors | Select this toggle to receive an email whenever an Integration has a ≥30% error rate in a 24-hour period. | n/a |
- Activate Config: To enable this configuration select "Activate".
