Integrate Freshservice

Add a source: Follow our instructions to add a Sevco source.

Provide credentials: You'll be asked to provide source credentials that Sevco will use to connect to SOURCE:

Required Permissions
The Role of your Agent must have View Asset permissions under Inventory
Also the Role of your Agent must have Configure Asset Management under Administration
