Qualys AssetView – Devices
About
Qualys AssetView maintains a comprehensive inventory of all devices connected to the network, ensuring a clear overview of the digital infrastructure. It also assists in recognizing any devices that might pose security risks or require updates, aiding organizations in maintaining a secure and optimized device landscape.
Why You Should Integrate
Integrating Qualys AssetView as a Sevco source provides you with an inventory of machines tracked by Qualys AssetView. These include Qualys agents, cloud assets, assets discovered through passive scanning, etc.
How Does the Integration Work
Currently this source pulls information from machines that satisfy the following criteria:
- Identified through one of the following Qualys tracking methods:
QAGENT, INSTANCE_ID, DNSNAME, NETBIOS, VIRTUAL_MACHINE_ID, IP - Not an AWS EC2 spot instance
- VMs that are not in a TERMINATED state
This data is only used internally; we do not share it with any parties outside of Sevco. Refer to our privacy policy for details
If you haven't already, please review our instructions for configuring the integration before proceeding with the instructions below.
