  1. Install a runner: Follow our instructions to install a runner if using an on-prem instance of Cherwell Service Management
  2. Configure the Access Schema

  1. Add an Integration: Select the integration(s) you'd like to add.

  2. Configure General Information: OPTIONAL: You can use the following fields to provide additional information about your configuration.

Creating credentials

You'll be asked to provide source credentials that Sevco will use to connect to Cherwell Service Management The following link will step you through creating an Client ID.

Required Permissions

User must be in a security group that has read access.

The following permissions will need to be enabled for your Client ID:

  • API access is enabled
