Why You Should Integrate
Integrating with Apple Business Manager will allow visibility into the presence of Apple devices purchased through authorized apple resellers.
How Does the Integration Work
This integration pulls devices that have Sevco as a configured MDM server.
Please read if you are using an existing MDM server within Apple Business Manager
We do not recommend you configure this integration if you are using an existing MDM server configuration within Apple Business Manager.
Due to Apple Business Manager (ABM) API limitations, in order for any system/product to retrieve device information from ABM, you must configure that system as an MDM server within ABM. Then assign your devices within ABM to that defined MDM server. This will prevent you from auto-assigning devices to your existing MDM solution. Thus, breaking your existing management capabilities.
Please contact your account representative to speak to a subject matter expert for additional information.
