The WinMagic SecureDoc provides full-disk encryption capabilities for a variety of devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and physical and virtual servers.
Why You Should Integrate
Integrating with WinMagic SecureDoc will provide visibility into devices encrypted by WinMagic SecureDoc.
How Does the Integration Work
This integration pulls device objects from the WinMagic SecureDoc database.
This data is only used internally; we do not share it with any parties outside of Sevco. Refer to our privacy policy for details.
Configuration

Install a runner: Follow our instructions to install a runner.

Choose a runner: Select the runner you would like to use for retrieving data from the source.
- Requirements:
- TCP/IP 1433 from Runner to the configured WinMagic SecureDoc SQL Server instance.
- Configure plugin:

Configure Name: OPTIONAL: You can give the configuration a name to provide an identifiable attribute of the configuration to delineate other similar configurations.

Activate Config: To enable this configuration and begin pulling data select "Activate". If you wish to save the configuration to come back later to finish, select "Save Draft". This will save the configuration, but keep it disabled until Activated.

Creating credentials
You'll be asked to provide source credentials that Sevco will use to connect to WinMagic SecureDocs. This will require a user to authentic with the WinMagic SecureDocs Microsoft SQL server directly.
NOTE: Mixed Mode authentication is required.
Required Permissions
The following user permissions are required on the Microsoft database:
- Read access to the SecureDocs database. Default database name is SECUREDOC.
- SELECT privileges to the following tables:
- Computers
- CompUsers
- EncryptionStatuses
- tblDBKs
